Isa the iguana stretched her legs, enjoying the warmth and the sweet scent of jasmine. The day seemed perfect—nothing but peace and quiet around her. She yawned, blinking slowly as she watched a ladybug crawl across her favorite leaf.
Isa the iguana froze, her heart pounding in her chest. She looked around nervously, her eyes wide with fear. Out of the corner of her eye, she caught a glimpse of a white, floating shape gliding between the trees.
"Wh-what is that?!"
Isa the iguana races past the marigolds, nearly tripping over a vine. She doesn’t look back, convinced that the ghost is right behind her. Her breath comes in short, frightened huffs as she sprints toward the edge of the garden.
"Help! Someone, please help me! There's a ghost!"
Geo Umizoomi, a cheerful boy with a geometric blue suit and a friendly smile, looks up in surprise as Isa rushes toward him.
"Geo! Geo! There's a ghost in the garden! It's chasing me!"
"A ghost? Are you sure, Isa? What did it look like?"
Geo Umizoomi pulls off the sheet, laughing sheepishly.
"Surprise! It was just me, Isa! I didn't mean to scare you so much—I thought it would be a funny trick."
Isa the iguana blinks in shock, her fear quickly melting away into relief and then a playful glare.
"Geo, you really got me! Next time, warn me before you go haunting the garden."
"Deal! But you have to admit, I make a pretty spooky ghost."
The two friends giggle, their laughter echoing among the blossoms, as harmony returns to the sunny garden.
