Dora and Boots walk hand in hand, their eyes wide with excitement as they search for hidden treasures. Suddenly, a ghostly figure glides across the path ahead, glowing faintly and making a soft, eerie wailing sound.
"D-Dora, did you see that?!"
"I did, Boots! Let’s get out of here—fast!"
Dora[/@ch_2] and Boots dash through tangled roots and thick underbrush. The ghostly wails seem to chase them, echoing off the trees and swirling through the cool night air.]
With hearts pounding, Dora pulls Boots along, breathless and scared. They leap over fallen logs and nearly trip over rocks in their haste. The ghostly figure flickers in and out of sight behind them, making them run even faster.
"I don’t want to be haunted, Dora! What do we do?"
Geo Umizoomi[/@ch_4] stands examining a sparkling gadget, his bright costume a welcome sight amidst the darkness.]
Dora and Boots burst into the clearing, gasping for breath. Dora waves her arms frantically, trying to explain.
"Geo! There’s a ghost in the woods and it’s chasing us!"
"Don’t worry, Dora and Boots. I’m sure we can solve this mystery together," Geo Umizoomi responds with a confident smile.
Geo Umizoomi[/@ch_4] pulls out a glowing magnifying glass, scanning the ground for clues. The trees cast long, eerie shadows as a faint giggle floats through the air.]
"Look! There are footprints—tiny ones, and... is that a piece of white fabric?"
"Maybe the ghost left it behind when it ran away!"
"Or maybe it’s not a real ghost at all..."
The friends rush over and lift the sheet, revealing Swiper, the mischievous fox, grinning sheepishly.
"Aw, man! I just wanted to play a trick on you, Dora and Boots!"
"Swiper! You really scared us... but I’m glad you’re not a real ghost," Dora says, relief washing over her.
"See, sometimes things aren’t as scary as they seem," Geo Umizoomi says kindly.
"Next time, let’s all play together—without the ghost costumes!"
They all agree, their fears replaced by friendship and joy, as they head home under the sparkling stars.
