Dora, the brave explorer with her signature pink shirt and backpack, swung high on the swing set alongside Blue, the energetic blue puppy with floppy ears and a wagging tail. Diego, the animal rescuer in his orange vest, chased a ball across the field while Swiper, the sneaky fox with his mask and striped tail, pretended to hide behind a bush for a game. The group played happily, the warm sunlight casting playful shadows on their joyful faces as they shared snacks and stories.
Suddenly, a translucent ghost with glowing white eyes and tattered robes materialized on a massive, snarling tiger with razor-sharp fangs and striped fur rippling like dark flames, its roar echoing like thunder. Dora froze mid-laugh, her eyes widening in terror as the spectral pair charged forward, the tiger's paws pounding the earth with unearthly force. Blue whimpered, fur standing on end.
"¡Ay, no! It's a ghost on a scary tiger! Everyone, run for your lives!" screamed Dora, grabbing Blue's paw as they bolted toward the fence, hearts pounding like drums in their chests.
Diego and Swiper sprinted behind, dodging overturned toys and picnic baskets, the tiger's fiery eyes piercing the fog as it pursued with ghostly speed. They leaped over low hedges and slid under the big slide, panting heavily, the air filled with the beast's guttural growls and the ghost's eerie wails. Just like Team Umizoomi in the Purple Monkey mission, they dashed in perfect panic, weaving through obstacles with wide-eyed fear.
"This is worse than any jungle chase! Keep running, Swiper, don't look back or it'll catch us!" yelled Diego, while "I'm swiping my way out of here! That tiger's no match for my sneaky speed, but it's gaining fast—faster, friends!" added Swiper, his tail tucked between his legs.
Exhausted and trembling, the Nick Jr friends burst into Geo's workshop, a wonderland of tools, blueprints, and glowing Umi gadgets on workbenches under bright overhead lamps. Geo, the inventive leader with his orange mohawk and tool belt, looked up from his latest shape-building project, surrounded by floating bubbles of numbers and patterns. Dora collapsed onto a stool, catching her breath.
"Geo Umizoomi, you have to help us! A ghost riding a scary tiger chased us all night—we ran like you did from that purple monkey! It was so real, we barely escaped!" pleaded Dora, with "Woof! It roared and everything—please fix this, Geo!" barked Blue.
Geo activated his Umi Alarm, scanning footage from hidden cameras, his team Milli, the pattern-loving girl with pink hair ribbons, and Bot, the robotic friend with screen face and wheels, gathering around eagerly. They reviewed blurry clips of the "ghost tiger" weaving through the playground, measuring its speed in Umi units and tracing its misty trail back to the woods. Tension built as patterns revealed inconsistencies—not quite supernatural.
"Don't worry, friends. With UmiVerse power, we'll measure this mystery. Look—the tiger's stripes are painted cardboard, and the ghost? Those glows are cheap lights. Someone's playing a super sneaky trick!" explained Geo confidently, while "I see the pattern! It's following a sneaky fox trail—could it be..." hinted Milli.
The group confronted the culprit: Swiper himself, who had disguised as the ghost on a tiger puppet to prank everyone for Halloween fun, his mask askew and paint smudged on his fur. Swiper emerged sheepishly, the tiger costume collapsing in a heap of cardboard and fabric. Relief washed over the friends as hugs replaced fear.
"Okay, okay, it was me all along! I wanted to swipe some screams for a big surprise party, but I got carried away with the tiger roar machine and ghost lights. Sorry, friends—let's turn it into the best costume party ever with Geo's Umi shapes!" confessed Swiper with a grin, as "Problem solved with math and friendship! High-five, team!" cheered Geo.
