Mason looked around at his friends, who were sitting on the benches, their usual laughter replaced by quiet mumbles. "Hey, why is everyone so quiet today?" he asked, his bright eyes filled with concern.
Lily, a usually bubbly girl with pigtails, sighed deeply. "I don't know, Mason. It's just one of those days," she replied. Ethan, with his arms crossed, nodded in agreement. "Yeah, nothing seems fun today," he added.
Mason clapped his hands together, his voice filled with enthusiasm. "Well, we can't just sit here being sad! Let's play a game!" he suggested, his eyes twinkling with mischief.
Mason organized a game of 'Simon Says,' his voice ringing out with commands that made everyone giggle. "Simon says, hop like a bunny!" he instructed, watching as his friends hopped around, their laughter filling the air.
Ethan stumbled and fell, but instead of crying, he burst into laughter. His friends joined in, their spirits lifting with every giggle. "I guess falling is funny!" he chuckled, wiping tears of joy from his eyes.
Mason spun around, his feet moving to the beat as his friends joined him in an impromptu dance party. Lily twirled her pigtails, and Ethan showed off his funny dance moves. "See? We can turn any day into a happy one!" Mason shouted over the music, his face beaming with joy.
