Grizzle stomped his big, scaly foot, causing a few pebbles to tumble from the cave’s ceiling. His eyes flashed red, and steam puffed from his nostrils as he glared at his toppled tower of blocks.
"Why does nothing ever work the way I want?" He kicked the blocks, sending them clattering against the walls.
Grizzle[/@ch_1] storms into a clearing, his roars echoing.]
Grizzle continued to grumble, not noticing Pip the Squirrel, a quick-witted friend with bright eyes and a bushy tail, hiding nearby.
"Hey, Grizzle! Are you alright? You sound really upset,"
"I'm mad! My blocks fell down, and now nothing is fun anymore!" Grizzle snapped, pacing in circles.
Luna the Rabbit[/@ch_3], gentle and patient, munches on a clover. She looks up as Grizzle approaches, face still scrunched in anger.]
"Grizzle, I heard your roar all the way from my burrow. What happened?"
"Everything keeps going wrong! I just get so angry, and I don't know what to do!" Grizzle's voice wobbled between rage and tears.
Pip[/@ch_2] and Luna sit beside Grizzle, a gentle breeze rustling their fur. The sunlight dapples through the leaves, casting calming patterns on the ground.]
"It's okay to feel angry sometimes, Grizzle. We all do,"
"But when I feel mad, I try to take deep breaths and count to ten. That helps me calm down,"
"Really? Does that actually work?" Grizzle asked, his frown slowly fading.
Grizzle[/@ch_1] closes his eyes, following their advice.]
"In... out... one, two, three... Oh! I do feel a little better,"
"And when you're ready, you can tell us more about why you're angry. Sometimes talking about it helps, too,"
Grizzle nodded, the tightness in his chest loosening as he shared his feelings with Pip and Luna.
Grizzle[/@ch_1] is laughing with his friends, feeling lighter than before.]
"Thank you both. I know I'll still get angry sometimes, but now I know what to do,"
"We're always here to help, Grizzle. Remember—everyone feels big emotions. What matters is how you handle them,"
"And if you ever need help building your block tower again, just ask!" The friends all giggled as they began to play, the cave echoing with joy instead of angry roars.
