Dora and Boots tiptoe along the leaf-strewn path, their eyes wide and their hands tightly clasped. Suddenly, a ghostly howl pierces the silence, making them freeze in terror. "D-Dora, did you hear that?" "I did, Boots! This place is super scary..."
As Dora and Boots creep inside, the floorboards groan beneath their feet. Suddenly, a mummy lurches from the shadows, its dusty bandages trailing, and a zombie staggers in behind it, arms outstretched. "Run, Dora! Mummies and zombies!" "Let’s get out of here, Boots! Quick!" They dash outside, hearts pounding.
Finally, they burst into a clearing, glancing back to see the haunted house looming in the distance. Shaking, they huddle together, desperate for help. "We need to tell someone what happened!" "Geo Umizoomi will know what to do!"
Geo Umizoomi, with his bright blue suit and clever gadgets, is fixing a robot by the monkey bars. Dora and Boots rush over, breathless and pale. "Geo, the haunted house is full of mummies and zombies! We barely escaped!" "Don’t worry, friends. Let’s go investigate together. Maybe there’s more to this mystery than meets the eye."
Inside, Geo scans the room with his gadget, revealing hidden speakers and costumes scattered around. Suddenly, two familiar figures—Swiper the Fox, sneaky and playful, and Milli Umizoomi, inventive and mischievous—step out from behind a curtain, giggling. "Surprise! It was just us all along, trying to give you a little scare!" "We set up the mummies and zombies for some spooky fun!"
Dora and Boots sigh with relief, realizing there was never any real danger. "Sometimes, things aren’t as scary as they seem when you look closer," Geo smiles. The friends celebrate their bravery with snacks and stories, grateful for each other and the mystery solved.
