McKinley wandered through the park, her eyes bright with kindness and her heart open to everyone around her. "Hey, want to join us for a game of tag?" she called out to a shy boy standing alone by the swings.
Liam, a boy with curly hair and a hesitant smile, approached the group. "Can I play too?" he asked, his voice barely above a whisper.
McKinley beamed at him, "Of course! The more, the merrier!" she replied, her warmth making him feel instantly welcome.
Ella, with a mischievous sparkle in her eyes, suggested, "Let's play a game where everyone wins!" McKinley nodded enthusiastically, "Great idea, Ella! We could make a treasure hunt, and everyone can find something special!"
McKinley watched as the children scattered, their eyes twinkling with excitement. Lucas, the smallest of the group, found a clue tucked under a rock. "I found one!" he shouted, his face lighting up with pride.
McKinley clapped her hands together, "Look at all these wonderful things we've found!" she exclaimed. Liam held up a shiny pebble, "This is the best day ever," he said, his voice full of joy.
McKinley sat on a bench, her heart full of contentment. Ella joined her, "Thanks for making everyone feel so included," she said softly. McKinley smiled, "Everyone deserves to feel like they belong," she replied, her voice gentle and sincere.
