Ravi was well-loved in the village for his kindness. However, despite his good heart, he was known for rarely keeping his promises. This day was no different as he played with his friends, laughing and carefree.
The wise man called Ravi over and shared a piece of advice. Wise Man[/@ch_2_d]"Each time you break a promise, an invisible thread snaps,"[/@ch_2_d] he explained. "When too many break, the bond between hearts weakens." [@ch_1]Ravi chuckled, dismissing the notion with a wave of his hand.
Aisha, with her arms full of heavy books, waited by the riverside. She looked hopeful, expecting Ravi to appear as he promised, but the minutes dragged on. Her heart sank as dusk enveloped the village, and Ravi was nowhere to be seen.
Ravi noticed Aisha was distant, her usual smile replaced with a resigned sadness. "I can’t rely on you, Ravi," she said quietly. He also observed that his friends no longer included him in their games, and even his parents seemed to rely on him less.
Ravi approached the wise man, desperation in his eyes. "How do I fix the invisible thread?" he asked earnestly. The wise man smiled gently. "Promises, once broken, cannot be undone, but new ones can be made. Keep them, and the threads will weave again."
Ravi began honoring every promise he made. He helped Aisha with her books, joined his friends in their games, and offered his help to his parents. Gradually, the warmth returned to his relationships, and he felt the invisible threads weaving stronger bonds than before.
