Jack was buzzing with excitement as he and his grandmother arranged the last of the decorations. The jungle was a perfect backdrop for his birthday celebration, and he couldn't wait for his friends to arrive. "Thanks for helping me, Grandma. This looks amazing!" he exclaimed, admiring the colorful setup.
Ella, Max, and Liam joined Jack in the clearing, their faces alight with excitement. "This place is incredible, Jack!" Ella marveled. "Can we go swimming in the lake by the waterfall?" Max asked eagerly. "Let's ask my grandma first," Jack replied, leading the way.
Liam gasped as the group came to a halt. "A dragon!" he whispered in awe. The dragon, though majestic, seemed frightened. "It's okay, we won't hurt you," Ella said gently. "Let's gather some flowers to calm it down," suggested Jack, and they quickly set to work.
Max approached the dragon cautiously, extending the flowers with a smile. "Here you go, these are for you," he offered. The dragon sniffed the flowers, its eyes softening. It gave a gentle nod, as if understanding their gesture of peace. "I think it likes us," Liam observed, grinning.
Jack and his friends splashed into the cool water, their laughter echoing through the jungle. "This is the best birthday ever!" Jack shouted, his voice brimming with joy. "We even made a new friend," Ella added, glancing at the dragon that watched from the shore, now calm and content.
Max and Liam roasted marshmallows, their faces lit by the flickering flames. "Thanks, everyone, for making today so special," Jack said, his heart full. "We'll never forget this adventure," Liam agreed, as the dragon let out a gentle roar, sealing their promise of an unforgettable birthday.
