Island builds a tall tower with red and yellow blocks, stacking them carefully with her small hands. Nyla watches from across the rug, clutching a bright blue car, her eyes wide with curiosity. "Can I play with the blocks too, Island?"
"I’m building a big tower. I don’t want it to fall," Island insists, her bottom lip jutting out. Nyla's small hands hover over a single yellow block that rolled away, her face hopeful. "I can help! We can make it bigger together,"
"No, Nyla! Wait your turn! I want to finish first," her tone sharp for a moment. Nyla pulls her hand back, her lower lip quivering, tears threatening to fall as she hugs her knees. "Okay. I’ll wait," she whispers, looking down.
GG smiles, glancing between them. Island looks at Nyla, noticing her sister’s sadness for the first time. "I don’t want Nyla to be sad," she murmurs.
"Let’s build a super tall tower together! You can put the next block on,"Nyla's eyes light up as she carefully adds her block, steadying the wobbly tower. "Thank you, Island! Sharing is fun,"
"I’m glad we waited and shared. Our tower is the tallest ever!" Nyla giggles, hugging Island. Through patience and sharing, the playroom is filled with happiness and a friendship even stronger than before.
