Puffy floated quietly among the other clouds, small and round, with sparkling eyes and rosy cheeks. While the bigger clouds raced and changed shapes with laughter, he watched from a distance, wishing to join but feeling too shy. The world felt so big, and Puffy felt so very small.
Puffy admired the clouds that stretched into dragons and elephants, their forms grand and proud. Some clouds grew dark and heavy, ready to shower rain upon the earth, while others glowed brilliantly at sunset. "I’m just… small," whispered Puffy, hiding behind a wisp of vapor and watching the spectacle unfold.
Puffy listened as the sun greeted everyone. "Good morning, clouds! Who’s ready to help the Earth today?" boomed the sun. The big clouds answered first, their voices rolling like thunder, "WE ARE!" The tall clouds floated with pride, "ME TOO!" But Puffy stayed quiet, feeling uncertain and afraid of being overlooked.
Puffy spotted the flower and felt something gentle tug at his heart. "I may be small," he whispered softly, "but maybe I can help." Gathering all his courage, Puffy floated down and squeezed with all his might. Plip… plip… plip! Tiny raindrops fell, sparkling in the sunlight as they touched the thirsty earth.
The little flower smiled up at Puffy, its voice quiet but full of joy, "Thank you," it said softly. The sun clapped its rays together, beaming with pride. "Well done, Puffy! Even small clouds can make a big difference." At that moment, Puffy glowed with happiness, feeling seen and cherished.
Puffy was never shy again. He discovered that being small didn’t mean being unimportant. Each day, Puffy helped wherever he could, bringing gentle rain to those in need and shining with quiet confidence. The world felt cozy and magical, and Puffy knew that kindness—no matter how small—could light up the sky.
