Gordy Ghost shimmered with excitement, eager for the night fright of Halloween. But something was amiss—his trademark "boo" was nowhere to be found. "Where could it be?" Gordy wondered, a hint of worry creeping into his translucent voice.
Clara Cow stood leisurely, chewing her cud with a contented expression. Gordy floated towards her, desperation in his eyes. "Have you seen my boo?" he asked hopefully. "Not today, Gordy," Clara replied, her voice gentle, as she resumed her meal.
Heidi Horse was busy nibbling on carrots, her mane swaying with each gentle gust. Gordy approached, whispering "Have you seen my boo?" Heidi paused, looking thoughtful. "Sorry, Gordy, I haven't," she said, shaking her head sympathetically.
Daisy Duck, with her feathers glistening, swam gracefully across the pond. Gordy floated above, his voice tinged with worry. "Daisy, have you seen my boo?" "No, but maybe the wind carried it away," Daisy suggested, looking up at him.
Oliver Owl perched on a branch, observing the world with wise eyes. Gordy drifted over, hope waning. "Oliver, have you heard my boo?" "Perhaps it’s hiding in the echoes of the trees," Oliver replied, his voice a deep melody.
Gordy returned to the barnyard, a little disheartened. Just then, a gentle breeze rustled the leaves, carrying with it a familiar sound—a soft, playful "boo!" Gordy beamed, his spirit lifted. "There you are! I knew you’d find me," he laughed, ready for the Halloween night ahead.
