Lila was sitting in her colorful playroom, surrounded by her favorite blocks. The morning sun peeked through the window, casting a warm glow over her toys. Today, she was determined to build the tallest tower she ever had. Her small hands carefully stacked block upon block, her eyes gleaming with excitement.
Just as Lila placed the final block, the tower swayed dangerously. With a soft clatter, it all came tumbling down. Lila's heart sank, and tears welled up in her eyes. She felt a storm of frustration and anger bubbling inside her. "Why won't it stay up?" she cried, her tiny fists clenched.
Suddenly, a gentle buzzing filled the room, and in flew Buzzy the Bumblebee. He had a warm smile and a tiny, magical sparkle at the tip of his wings. "Hello, Lila! I saw your tower, it was very tall!" Buzzy said in a soothing voice.
Lila sniffled and looked at Buzzy. "But it fell down, and I'm so mad!" Buzzy hovered closer. "It's okay to feel upset, Lila. But when you're angry, take a moment to breathe. Let's try it together: take a deep breath and count to five."
Lila took a deep breath, just like Buzzy said, and counted slowly. "One, two, three, four, five." As she exhaled, she felt a little calmer. "Good job! Now, let's build the tower again. I'm here to help," Buzzy encouraged, zipping around her.
Together, Lila and Buzzy rebuilt the tower. Block by block, the tower grew taller, and with each piece, Lila's heart filled with joy. Finally, the last block was placed, and the tower stood firm. "We did it, Buzzy!" Lila cheered, clapping her hands with delight.
