Pandu carefully studies each rock, his small hands tracing their smooth and bumpy surfaces. Today feels different—he’s buzzing with excitement, hoping to find something new among the familiar stones.
"I wonder if any of you have a secret story to tell," he whispers, eyes wide with curiosity.
Pandu gently lifts the rock, marveling at its swirling patterns. Suddenly, the room seems to shimmer, and the rock quivers in his palm.
The Magical Rock, voice gentle and playful, begins to speak. "Hello, Pandu! I’ve traveled through fire, sand, and deep earth. Would you like to hear my journey?"
"Yes! Tell me everything," Pandu breathes, eyes sparkling.
The Magical Rock glows brighter. "Long ago, I was born from hot, melted rock called magma. When I cooled down, I became an igneous rock—hard and shiny! It’s like baking a cake, but with fire," the rock giggles.
Pandu gazes in awe at the steaming lava rivers and sparkling crystals forming all around him.
The Magical Rock continues. "Rain and wind wore me down, and tiny pieces of me traveled far. Layers of sand and mud hugged me tight. Over years, I became a sedimentary rock—like a sandwich made by nature!"
Pandu laughs, scooping up handfuls of sand, imagining each grain as part of the rock’s story.
The Magical Rock whispers. "Deep below, I was pressed and heated until I changed again—this time into a metamorphic rock! I’m twisted, sparkly, and strong, like a superhero rock,"
Earth Lady, a kind geoscientist with wild curly hair and a flowing green coat, appears holding a magical diagram. "The rock cycle is a never-ending adventure, Pandu. Every rock has a tale, and you’re part of its journey,"
Earth Lady[/@ch_3] in a bright classroom. Colorful diagrams of rocks swirl in the air, and real-world samples glimmer on the table, connecting science to Pandu’s love of collecting.]
Earth Lady smiles warmly. "Igneous rocks are born in fire, sedimentary rocks are layered like stories, and metamorphic rocks transform under pressure. The rock cycle keeps going—rocks are always changing!"
Pandu beams with understanding, eager to discover even more about his magical stones.
Earth Lady encourages Pandu. "Let’s make a Rock Cycle Wheel! Color each stage, cut out the pieces, and spin the wheel to watch rocks change. You can explore your own rock stories!"
Pandu grins, ready to share the magic and science of rocks with friends and family.
Earth Lady points to each diagram. "Igneous rocks: made from melted magma. Sedimentary rocks: formed by layers and pressure. Metamorphic rocks: changed by heat and squeezing. The rock cycle is amazing—just like you, Pandu!"
Pandu hugs his magical rock, ready for more adventures in the world of stones.
