Pinky, a little elephant with rosy skin and curious blue eyes, tromps nervously through the tangled foliage. Leaves brush against her trunk, and every snap of a twig makes her jump. She pauses, looking around, realizing she can no longer hear her family.
"Where am I? Mama? Papa? Where did everyone go?"
Pinky blinks in surprise as she stumbles upon the unexpected cottage. Her heart pounds with relief and curiosity, and she tiptoes closer, the wooden steps creaking faintly under her gentle weight. The door is slightly ajar, inviting her into the unknown.
"Maybe someone inside can help me get home," she whispers, gently nudging the door open with her trunk.
Pinky steps quietly inside, her eyes widening in delight at the sight of the pudding. Hunger rumbling in her tummy, she approaches the table and samples a spoonful from the first bowl. The taste is too sweet. She tries the second, but it’s too cold and sticky. The third bowl is just perfect—creamy and delicious, making her trunk wiggle with joy.
"Mmm, this pudding is just right! I wish I could share it with my family,"
Pinky settles into the first chair, but it sinks under her, almost swallowing her whole. The second chair is so stiff it creaks and then cracks beneath her, startling her to her feet. The third chair, small and sturdy, fits her perfectly. Feeling sleepy, she wanders to the beds. The first is too lumpy, the second too hard. But the third bed is soft and cozy, and she finds herself drifting toward a nap.
Rosie the Pink Bear, Rainbow the Bear, and Bruno the Brown Bear pause in surprise at the sight of Pinky. For a moment, everyone is silent, then Rosie speaks kindly.
"Hello, little elephant. Are you lost? You look tired and hungry. Don’t be afraid, we’re here to help,"
"Oh, thank you! I got lost in the jungle and I can't find my family," Pinky replies, her voice trembling with hope.
"Let’s help her find her way home. No one should be lost in the jungle," Rainbow adds, bouncing with enthusiasm.

Bruno sniffs the air, leading the way along a narrow path. Rosie and Rainbow walk beside Pinky, telling her stories to keep her spirits high. At last, they spot a family of elephants waiting anxiously by the water’s edge.
"Mama! Papa!" Pinky trumpets with joy as she runs to her family, who greet her with relieved hugs and happy tears.
"We’re so glad you’re safe, Pinky. And you have new friends now, too,"

Pinky thanks the bears, promising to visit them again. The bears wave, their faces bright with smiles, as they turn back toward their cozy home. The jungle, once confusing and scary, now feels full of friendship and adventure.
"Thank you for helping me find my way. I’ll always remember your kindness,"
