Lila, an eighteen-year-old with sun-kissed hair and an infectious smile, was lounging on a pool chair when a sudden urgency disrupted her relaxed state. The pool was bustling, children splashing about, and music playing from nearby speakers. The sun shone brightly, casting playful reflections on the water, but her mind was now focused on finding a bathroom.
"I really need to find a bathroom," she muttered to herself, scanning the area with increasing concern.
With the urgency growing, Lila stood up and began her search for a restroom. She weaved through clusters of chairs and sunbathers, her eyes darting between the concession stand and the lifeguard tower, hoping to spot a sign pointing her in the right direction. The laughter and chatter of the people around her seemed to grow louder, matching the pounding of her heart.
"Excuse me, is there a bathroom nearby?" she asked a passerby, but they shook their head apologetically, unable to assist.
Lila's pace quickened as she moved toward the edge of the pool area, where the bright sun gave way to the shade of nearby palm trees. She hoped to find some direction there, but the absence of any restroom signs only heightened her anxiety. The thought of an embarrassing situation loomed in her mind, pushing her to move faster.
"This can't be happening," she whispered, her voice barely audible over the ambient noise.
Determined not to let her day be ruined, Lila decided to approach a lifeguard stationed at a high chair. His sun-bleached hair and bronzed skin gave him an air of authority at the pool.
"Hi, sorry to bother you, but do you know where the nearest bathroom is?" she asked, her voice tinged with urgency.
The lifeguard nodded, pointing toward a path hidden behind a row of tall hedges. "Just follow that path, and you'll find it," he assured her.
Lila thanked the lifeguard and hurried down the path, the cool shade providing a brief respite from the sun's heat. The sound of the pool faded as she focused on reaching her destination. Finally, a small building came into view, with the reassuring sight of a bathroom sign. but it said out of order.
Feeling much desperate and with fearful returned to her spot by the pool. The sun was still shining brightly, the water still inviting, and her day was not. going good She sat in her chair, trying to distract her mind. She can't hold it as she runs to her car trying to drive home. She tried to make it but she peed in her car.
