Noah, an autistic boy with curious blue eyes, sits cross-legged on a patterned rug, lining up his favorite toy cars in a perfect, colorful row. Eli, his older brother, stretches and yawns from the top bunk, glancing over at Maya, their chubby-cheeked baby sister, who giggles from her crib.
"Good morning, Noah! Did you sleep okay?"
"I dreamed about trains. And sharing tracks," Noah replies, his voice soft but bright.
Maya bangs her plastic spoon, sending cereal flying. Eli laughs, while Noah carefully applies jam to toast, making sure the edges are even, his tongue poking out in concentration.
"Noah, can I have some of your jam? Mine ran out,"
"Okay, but you have to spread it slow, so it doesn't fall off," Noah says, pushing the jar across the table with a shy smile.
Eli lifts Maya into a baby swing, giving her a careful push as Noah watches, clutching his favorite red car. He hesitates at the sandbox, uncertain, until Eli calls out.
"Come build with us, Noah! Maya needs a castle moat,"
"I can dig. My car can be the bridge," Noah decides, joining them with a focused smile.
Noah[/@ch_1]'s car. The air feels tense, voices overlapping, and Noah hugs his toy tight.]
Liam, a neighbor, kneels down and points at the car. "Can I see your car, Noah?"
"It's my favorite. I'm scared it might get lost," Noah whispers, glancing at Eli.
"I'll help you watch it, Noah. We can all play together, and the car will stay safe," Eli reassures him.
Noah[/@ch_1] slowly hands the car to Liam, his fingers trembling. Maya claps her hands, sensing the happy mood, and the group begins to build a sprawling sandcastle.]
"Thanks, Noah! You can have it back whenever you want," Liam says, showing Noah how he makes tiny roads with his finger.
"See? Sharing makes things more fun," Eli grins, watching Noah's eyes widen with pride.

"I was brave today. I shared my car," Noah says, his voice thoughtful.
"And we all cared for each other. That's what makes us family," Eli replies, gently ruffling Noah's hair as Maya yawns, content in the warmth of their love.
