In a peaceful meadow, where the stars twinkled like tiny lanterns in the sky, lived a little sheep named Luna. Luna was a fluffy white sheep with a heart as gentle as the night wind. But despite the calm of the night, she found herself wide awake, unable to fall asleep.
Luna wandered around the meadow, watching her friends, all fast asleep and dreaming. "Why can't I sleep like them?" she wondered aloud, feeling a little lonely amidst the quietness. The more she tried to sleep, the more awake she felt.
Seeing Luna's plight, Ollie the Owl, who was known for his wisdom, flew down next to her. "Perhaps counting stars will help you sleep," he hooted softly. Luna nodded gratefully, hopeful that this advice might work.
Luna lay down on the soft grass and began to count the stars above. One, two, three... but there were so many, and they seemed to twinkle faster than she could count. "This is harder than I thought," she sighed.
Remembering Ollie's advice, Luna decided to imagine a cozy, warm barn instead. She pictured herself snuggled in with her friends, the gentle sound of rain tapping on the roof. Slowly, she felt her eyelids grow heavy.
As the first light of dawn began to peek over the horizon, Luna's eyes finally closed, and she drifted into a peaceful slumber, dreaming of counting stars amidst the gentle lullaby of the night. The meadow was quiet, with only the soft rustling of leaves as the world welcomed a new day.
