Lily dropped her overnight bag onto the floor, her eyes sparkling with excitement. Sophie, with her curly hair bouncing, raced to claim a spot on the couch. Emma, the tallest of the group, fiddled with the music player, filling the room with upbeat tunes. "This is going to be the best sleepover ever!"

Sophie twirled around, showing off her polka-dotted pajamas. Emma laughed, tossing a pillow at her. "Let's start with a game of charades," suggested Lily, her voice eager.

Emma crouched low, pretending to be a cat, while Sophie guessed animatedly. "A lion? A tiger? No, wait, a kitten!" Sophie exclaimed triumphantly. Emma nodded, and they all burst into applause.

Lily munched on popcorn, her fingers dusted with butter. Emma poured soda into cups while Sophie piled candy into a bowl. "I declare this the official snack of the night!" Emma announced.
