Elwin and Frost are the two elves entrusted with delivering children's wish lists to Santa. The sleigh glides smoothly over the snow, bells jingling with every bump. "Why is Santa always preparing for next Christmas so early?" Elwin muses aloud, his breath visible in the cold air.
The sleigh trundles onto the bridge when suddenly, the engine sputters and dies. The sleigh teeters on the edge before plunging downward. "Hold on tight!" Frost yells, gripping the sides of the sleigh as they descend into the abyss.
In the blink of an eye, Superman catches the sleigh, halting its descent with ease. Superman smiles at the elves, reassuring them. "I've got you," he says, lifting them safely away from the ravine.
Superman lands gently before the door, setting the elves and their precious cargo down. Elwin and Frost rush inside to deliver the wish lists. "Thank you, Superman! We couldn't have done it without you," Elwin exclaims.
Superman guides the sleigh into the workshop, where elves gather around to inspect the engine. "We'll have it fixed in no time," Frost assures him. The elves set to work, their nimble fingers making quick repairs.
Santa clasps Superman's hand in gratitude. [@ch_4]Santa[/@ch_4_d]"You're the best neighbor anyone could ask for,"[/@ch_4_d] Santa declares, his voice filled with warmth. "Always happy to help," Superman replies with a smile, as the elves cheer around them.
