Milo the Mouse, a tiny gray mouse with sparkling eyes and a blue scarf, scurries excitedly toward the slide, eager to have fun with his friends.
Lila the Lamb, soft and fluffy, stands nearby, waiting her turn and humming a cheerful tune.
"I can’t wait to go down the slide, Lila! It’s the best part of the playground!"
"Me too, Milo! Let’s make sure everyone gets a turn,"
Daisy the Duckling looks down at her webbed feet, nervously clutching a small shovel.
"Hi Daisy! Would you like to build with us? There’s plenty of room,"
"Oh, I’d love to, but I’m not sure I’m very good at it,"
"Everyone learns by trying! We can help you, and it’s more fun together,"
Milo the Mouse notices there aren’t enough carrots for everyone.
"Let’s split the carrots so we all get some. Sharing makes snacks taste even better,"
"I’ll pour the lemonade and make sure everyone gets a cup,"
The friends laugh and clink their cups together, enjoying their meal and each other’s company.
Daisy the Duckling eagerly joins the line, this time braver and more confident.
"I’ll wait my turn, just like everyone else. I’m excited to swing high!"
"Taking turns means everyone gets to have fun,"
Milo the Mouse lifts a toy truck left near the slide.
"When we help, we make Sunnyville a happier place,"
"And we can play here tomorrow, too, because we took care of our park,"
Lila the Lamb smiles at her friends.
"Today was wonderful. Being kind, sharing, and helping made everything better,"
"Let’s always remember to show good behavior, not just in the park, but everywhere we go,"
The friends nod and watch as the first stars appear, their hearts full of happiness and hope for tomorrow.
