Tommy the Tongue shuffled restlessly, unable to find a comfortable spot against the roof of his mouth. Every time he tried to rest, he slipped down, leaving his mouth parched and his breath noisy. The teeth whispered encouragement, but Tommy just sighed, longing for a good night’s sleep.
"Why can't I just stay up there like I'm supposed to? My friends are worried, and I’m always so tired," he muttered, glancing at his molar neighbors. The mouth felt dry and uncomfortable, and Tommy wished for a change.

Dr. Wisebite, the Orthodontist bent down to look at Tommy closely. With tools that gleamed and a voice that soothed, Dr. Wisebite explained the plan. "Your palate is a bit too narrow, Tommy. With a little widening, you'll have plenty of space to rest," he assured.
The process began, gentle and slow, as Dr. Wisebite worked his magic. Tommy felt hopeful for the first time in a while, imagining what it might be like to finally rest high and safe.

"Wow! Look at all this space! But... how do I stay up there?" he wondered aloud. The teeth smiled and cheered, happy to see their friend with new possibilities ahead.
Yet, Tommy still felt unsure. He needed guidance to grow strong and learn the right way to rest. That’s when a new friend arrived.
Miss Randi, the Myofunctional Therapist[/@ch_3], wears glasses and has a friendly, patient smile.]
"Hello, Tommy! I’m here to help you get strong and show you the best place to rest," she said warmly. With playful exercises and fun games, Miss Randi taught Tommy how to lift himself up, hold steady, and relax on the new, roomy palate.
"It's hard at first, but I feel a little stronger every day," Tommy admitted, his confidence growing with each lesson. Miss Randi cheered him on, showing him new tricks and celebrating every small success.

The snoring has stopped, and the dry, scratchy feeling is gone. Tommy breathes easily, finally calm and well-rested. The whole mouth feels healthier, and the teeth are brighter and stronger than ever.
"I did it! I’m finally where I belong," Tommy whispered, smiling as he drifted into a deep, gentle sleep.
Tommy wakes up refreshed, eager for the day, with healthy teeth friends cheering nearby. "Thank you, Dr. Wisebite and Miss Randi! I’m happy, rested, and my friends are too," he says, his voice clear and strong.
From that day forward, Tommy the Tongue always remembered how important it was to find the right place to rest, and the whole mouth lived happily ever after—snore-free, healthy, and bright!
