Dora, the brave explorer with her signature pink shirt and backpack, leads her friends in a game of hide-and-seek. Boots, the cheerful monkey with yellow fur and red boots, swings from a low branch giggling. Blue the dog, a playful blue puppy with big expressive eyes, chases a ball across the field. Little Bear, a small fuzzy bear cub clutching his red backpack, toddles along happily. Little Bill, the curious little boy in green overalls, peeks from behind a slide.
Suddenly, the translucent ghost lets out a spine-chilling wail that echoes through the playground. Dora, Boots, Blue, Little Bear, and Little Bill freeze in terror, their eyes wide with fear. In unison, they scream at the top of their lungs, "AHHHH! It's a ghost!"
"Run, everybody, run! That ghost is super scary—it's coming right for us!" cries Dora while grabbing Boots' paw. "I don't like ghosts, Dora! They're cold and spooky and make funny noises—let's get away fast before it catches us!" yelps Boots. Blue barks frantically, Little Bear whimpers clutching his backpack, and Little Bill shouts, all fleeing toward the edge of the playground in pure panic.
Panting and huddled together, the friends burst into Geo's workshop—Geo, the tiny blue Umizoomi engineer with a super gadget band and boundless problem-solving spirit. "Geo, help! We saw a real ghost in the playground—it was glowing white, moaning loudly, and chased us with its arms waving everywhere!" explains Dora breathlessly. "Don't worry, friends! Tell me every detail about this ghost—what did it look like, how did it move, and where exactly did you see it? We'll use math and teamwork to figure out a super plan to scare it away for good," reassures Geo, grabbing his Umi-tools.
Geo and the team craft scary bear costumes, inspired by Isa the iguana's trick—Isa, the sassy green iguana who once dressed as a bear to spook them. "I remember now! Isa scared us with a big bear costume roaring loudly—it worked perfectly, so bears must terrify ghosts too! Let's put these on and roar extra loud to make that ghost run away forever," exclaims Dora excitedly. "Yay, bear suits! I'll growl the biggest growls and shake my paws to make it super scary—nothing scares a ghost like a bunch of mighty bears!" adds Boots, as Blue, Little Bear, and Little Bill don their fuzzy outfits.
Roaring ferociously in unison, the bear-suited crew charges: "GRRRR! Go away, ghost—we're the scariest bears ever, with sharp claws and big teeth ready to chase you out!" bellows Dora. The ghost's hollow eyes widen in shock, trembling as it backs away. Screeching in terror, the ghost flees into the night, vanishing like mist.
"Yay! We did it—the ghost is gone forever, scared away by our awesome bear power! Great teamwork, everyone—what an adventure!" cheers Dora. Laughter and hugs fill the air as they celebrate.
Dora visits Little Bill’s mom, a kind woman with an apron and welcoming smile. "Mrs. Glover, you won't believe what happened! We got chased by a spooky ghost in the playground, but Geo helped us make bear costumes like Isa's, and we scared it away—it ran screaming into the night!" recounts Dora with wide gestures. "Oh my, what brave adventurers you all are! I'm so glad you're safe—now, who wants pancakes to celebrate your heroism?" replies Little Bill’s mom, hugging them all.
