The first little pig grinned as he gazed at a pile of straw nearby. The second little pig eyed a bundle of sticks stacked beneath a shady tree, while the third little pig thoughtfully contemplated a mound of sturdy red bricks.
"I can't wait to build my house and relax!"
"Let's finish quickly and have some fun!"
"I'm going to take my time and make sure my house is the strongest it can be," said the third little pig, determination shining in his eyes.
The first little pig hurriedly bundles his straw, stacking it loosely to form a small, cozy hut. The second little pig quickly assembles his house of sticks, the walls uneven but standing nonetheless. The first and second little pigs finish quickly, laughter ringing through the air as they begin to dance and sing, their cares forgotten.
"We're done! It's time to celebrate!"
"Who needs to work all day when you can play?"
Meanwhile, the third little pig wipes sweat from his brow, carefully laying each brick and spreading mortar with steady hands.
the big bad wolf[/@ch_4], his fur bristling and eyes gleaming, watches the pigs from behind a bush.]
The wolf licks his lips, hunger glinting in his gaze as he observes the first and second little pigs dancing and playing.
"What juicy, tender meals these pigs will make," he mutters to himself, slinking closer as the last rays of sunlight fade.
the wolf[/@ch_4] approaches the first little pig's straw house. Leaves swirl in the wind as the wolf takes a deep breath, his chest swelling.]
"Little pig, little pig, let me come in!"
"Not by the hair on my chinny chin chin!"
With a mighty huff and puff, the wolf blows the straw house down in a flurry of golden stalks. Terrified, the first little pig flees to the second little pig's house of sticks as the wolf gives chase beneath the moonlit sky.
the third little pig's[/@ch_3] brick house, slamming the sturdy door behind them. Inside, the warm glow of a fire casts comforting shadows on the stone walls.]
"Let us in! The wolf is coming!"
"You're safe here; my house is strong," assures the third little pig as they huddle together.
Outside, the wolf circles the house, his breath forming clouds in the chilly night air. He huffs and puffs with all his might, but the brick house stands firm, its walls unmoved.
the wolf[/@ch_4] climbs onto the roof, the stars overhead glimmering in the deep blue sky. Inside, the third little pig sets a large iron pot of water to boil beneath the chimney, the fire crackling brightly.]
"If I can't get in through the door, I'll come down the chimney!"
"What do we do now?" whispers the first little pig, fear in his eyes.
"Just wait... and watch," replies the third little pig, a knowing smile on his face.
Suddenly, with a yelp, the wolf tumbles down the chimney and plunges into the boiling pot. Steam fills the air as the three pigs listen to the wolf’s final howl before all falls silent.
The first little pig and the second little pig, now wiser, apologize for their laziness and resolve to build stronger homes.
"We should have listened to you and worked harder,"
"Let's rebuild our houses with bricks, together,"
"We’ll be safe and happy, as long as we stick together," says the third little pig, smiling.
From that day on, the three little pigs live side by side, their sturdy brick houses standing strong, their laughter echoing joyfully through the clearing.
