"Today’s the day, Buster! Today, I shall finally solve the mystery of the flying frisbee!"
"Wally, you’ve been ‘solving’ this mystery for weeks. The only thing flying around here is your imagination."
"Not this time! I’ve built the ultimate flying machine. This, my friend, is the Wally-Plane!"
"That… that’s just a bunch of junk tied together with string."
"Ah, but it’s the junk of a genius, Buster! Watch and learn."
"This time, Buster. This time, it’ll work. I’ll launch the frisbee and fly after it!"
"Wally, you realize parachutes only work when you fall from a height, right?"
"Pfft! Details, details. Watch me go!"
(Wally throws the frisbee high into the air, leaps, and his parachute deploys, immediately pulling him off his feet. He floats comically in circles, totally out of control.)
"Well, at least you’re not hitting the ground this time. You’re just… spinning around like a confused balloon."
"I’ve got it, I’ve got it… wait, I don’t have it!"
"You know, Buster, if I just had the right kind of wings, I could really fly. I’m thinking something sleek, aerodynamic…"
"Did someone say wings?! I’ve seen wings! I’ve eaten wings! You want wings, I got wings!"
"Ziggy, what are you even doing with that stuff?"
"I’m making a treehouse with wings! Just you wait—zoom! Up in the air like a bird!"
"That’s it! A flying treehouse! Ziggy, you’re a genius!"
"All right, boys, we’re ready for launch!"
"This doesn’t look like it’s ready for anything except collapse."
"Nonsense. I’ve done the calculations."
"Yeah! We’re flying! We’re gonna go to the moon!"
(The treehouse jerks and tilts precariously before creaking loudly. Then, it suddenly lurches forward and flips upside down, sending everyone tumbling into a heap.)
"You know, maybe flying is overrated. But I’ve learned one thing for sure."
"What’s that?"
"It’s not about the destination—it’s about the journey. And the friends you have along the way. Right, Buster?"
"I suppose that’s true. But maybe next time, let’s just walk to the park, okay?"
"Yeah! Walking’s great! As long as we find some acorns along the way!"
(They all laugh as the sun dips behind the horizon, and the screen fades to black.)
