Tony, a small mouse with a backpack nearly as big as himself, stood at the entrance of the Forest School, his whiskers twitching with excitement. It was his first day, and the sights and sounds around him were a symphony of nature. Tall trees loomed above, their branches swaying gently in the breeze, while colorful flowers dotted the landscape.
"Today is going to be an adventure,"
Leaving his cozy hole beneath the old oak tree, Tony waved goodbye to his mother, who watched him fondly from the doorway. As he scampered down the winding path to school, he encountered Si Burung Pipit and Si Arnab. Si Burung Pipit fluttered above him, her wings a blur of motion, while Si Arnab bounced energetically by his side.
"I can't wait to see what our classes are like!"
The Forest School stood nestled among the trees, its structure crafted from intertwining vines and leaves. Tony marveled at the open classrooms, where the sky served as their ceiling. As they entered, Cikgu Dino, a wise and gentle dinosaur, greeted them with a warm smile.
"Welcome to Forest School, young learners!"
Despite the welcoming atmosphere, Tony felt a knot of anxiety in his stomach. Surrounded by larger classmates like Si Rusa and Si Beruang, he felt small and insignificant. He chose a seat at the edge, clinging nervously to his backpack. "I hope I can keep up,"
When it was his turn to speak, Tony hesitated, but then found his voice. "I know the best place to find mushrooms, under the big tree," he shared. His classmates listened intently, their curiosity piqued. Later, during a forest excursion, Tony proudly led them to the mushroom patch, earning their admiration.
While exploring, they stumbled upon Si Burung Pipit's predicament—she had fallen from her nest. Quick to act, Tony scaled the tree, his tiny paws gripping the bark tightly. With gentle care, he helped her back to safety. Si Burung Pipit beamed with gratitude.
"Thank you, Tony! You're a true hero,"
As the day drew to a close, Cikgu Dino gathered the students for the Forest Festival. Under the twinkling stars, animals danced and played, enjoying the fruits of their cooperation. Tony stood a little taller, his heart swelling with pride.
"Remember, cooperation is the key to success,"
Tony returned home, his mind buzzing with the day's events. As he lay under the soft glow of the moon, he realized the truth of Cikgu Dino's words. "Even the smallest mouse can make a big difference," he thought with satisfaction.
