Wally the Wombat blinked his big, round eyes and gave his nose a wiggly twitch. Unlike other wombats, Wally had a habit as odd as could be: whenever he got excited—or nervous—he’d let out a stream of dazzling, rainbow-colored bubbles from his ears!
"Wibble-wobble, bubble trouble!" he giggled, watching the bubbles bounce and pop in the morning sun.
Wally tried to join a game of tag with the bunnies, but his bubbles filled the air, making the other animals scatter like seeds in the wind.
Bella the Bluebird, a tiny bird with a bright blue belly, fluttered down. "Why do you make those funny bubbles, Wally? They’re so… different!"
"I can’t help it, Bella. When I’m happy—or scared—out they come! Wibble-wobble, bubble trouble!"
Wally decided he needed to find his true purpose and understand why he was so different. With a hop, a skip, and a gentle pop, his bubbles floated behind him like a parade.
"Wibble-wobble, bubble trouble—adventure’s just begun!"
As he waddled along, he met Tilda the Turtle, who wore a shell painted with swirling patterns. "Your bubbles are beautiful, Wally. Maybe they’re magic!"
"Ouch! I’m stuck!" groaned Finn.
Wally had an idea. He wiggled his ears and blew a stream of bubbles that gently lifted the prickly brambles away.
"Wow! Wibble-wobble, bubble trouble—those bubbles saved me!" cheered Finn.
The three friends laughed, joining in the chant together: "Wibble-wobble, bubble trouble, helping everyone!"
Bella the Bluebird flapped in worry. "What will we do? The sap is too sticky for us all!"
Wally stepped forward shyly. "Maybe my bubbles can help!"
He wiggled, wobbled, and POP! A shower of rainbow bubbles sparkled and sizzled, gently lifting the sticky sap and carrying it away, leaving the playground clean and bright.
The animals cheered, Finn and Tilda leading a parade around the oak. Bella sang a happy song.
Wally finally understood: his quirky bubbles weren’t a problem—they were his gift.
Everyone shouted together: "Wibble-wobble, bubble trouble—Wally saves the day!"
Wally snuggled into his burrow, feeling warm and loved. As the last bubble popped with a soft giggle, he whispered, "Wibble-wobble, bubble trouble—being me is more than okay!"
