Warda, her eyes warm and loving, bends to kiss her sleeping son’s forehead. The soft rustle of her hijab and the distant song of birds blend into the quiet magic of the morning. Aahil, a bright-eyed toddler with tousled hair, stirs and grins, stretching his little arms toward his mother.
"Good morning, my precious Aahil," she whispers, her voice as soft as the morning light.
"Mama! Sun is up! Is it adventure time?"
Warda hums a gentle tune as she prepares a nourishing breakfast, sneaking bright berries onto Aahil’s plate in the shape of a smiley face. Aahil climbs into his chair, eyes sparkling with excitement, as his mother brings over a plate of eggs and whole-grain toast.
"Every day is a new day to learn, my little explorer. Would you like to learn about letters with me today?"
"Yes! Letters! Can we find them in everything, Mama?"
Warda sits cross-legged with Aahil nestled beside her. She picks up a block painted with a big green ‘A’ and grins.
"A is for Alligator! Once, there was a friendly alligator who loved to swim and splash, but he always made sure to share the river with his friends," she begins, painting the story with her hands. Aahil giggles, imagining a silly alligator waving hello.
"Can we swim like alligators, Mama?"
Aahil hops on his bike as Warda steadies him, her laughter ringing out as they zigzag between flowerbeds.
"B is for Bicycle! Off we go on a bumpy, giggly ride," she cheers, running alongside him. After a joyful ride, they gaze up at the sky together.
"C is for Cloud. Look, Aahil—what shapes do you see?"
"That one looks like a dolphin jumping, Mama!"
Warda draws a playful dolphin while Aahil adds splashes of blue, both lost in a world of imagination. They sing a catchy alphabet song, dancing around the table, and finally settle to finish their zebra picture, painting bold black stripes with broad, delighted strokes.
"Z is for Zebra! Each stripe is special, just like you," she says, brushing a stripe across the paper and booping his nose.
"Learning letters with Mama is the best adventure ever!"
Warda[/@ch_1] wraps Aahil in a warm hug, both tired and happy.]
"Every letter holds a new story, and every day, we find more to love and learn," she whispers, pressing her cheek to his hair. The two snuggle close, hearts full, as the stars begin to twinkle outside the window.
"Goodnight, Mama. I can’t wait for tomorrow’s adventures,"
"Sweet dreams, my little explorer,"
