Wrenn bounced out of bed with excitement, her thoughts already racing about the day ahead. She grabbed her favorite book and darted downstairs, where Mom was packing a basket with snacks and a soft blanket.
"Where should we go first?" Wrenn asked, her eyes sparkling with anticipation.
"Let's begin where we've been before," Mom suggested with a knowing smile, opening the book to the first page.
Wrenn and Mom found themselves soaring through the air, the ground far below. Wrenn laughed in delight as the clouds wiggled and bounced.
"Hold on tight!" Mom exclaimed, gripping the book firmly as they glided effortlessly.
A vibrant parrot flitted over, greeting them with a cheerful squawk. Dragan the reader, a tall dragon with small glasses, emerged from the greenery, his scales shimmering in the dappling sunlight.
"Welcome, friends! This is just the beginning," he said, waving a talon toward a path lined with colorful flowers.
"Look at all the fish!" Wrenn exclaimed, pointing to the schools of vibrant fish darting beneath the surface.
A friendly sea turtle bobbed up, inviting them to follow, and soon they were skating on the water alongside seals and a graceful whale.
Wrenn and Mom wandered through the grand halls, discovering rooms filled with treasures and secrets. At the highest tower, Dragan the reader awaited them, his eyes twinkling with wisdom.
"I need your help to finish this story," he said, handing them the book.
Mom closed the book gently, a satisfied smile on her face. Wrenn snuggled close, her heart full of the day's adventures.
"Let's go again tomorrow," she whispered, dreaming of new worlds and stories waiting to be discovered.
