Eldon, the wizard's assistant, stood frozen amidst the pandemonium, his hands clutching a wand that seemed far too powerful for him. "Oh no, what have I done?" he muttered, watching as the royal family, now transformed into ducks, flapped their wings in confusion. The Queen Duck gave a particularly commanding quack that echoed through the hall.
Eldon burst through the doors, nearly tripping over his robes. "What in the world happened to you?" Finn asked, noticing the frantic look in Eldon's eyes. "I need your help, Finn. The royal family... They're ducks!" Finn blinked, unsure if he'd heard correctly, but the urgency in Eldon's voice was undeniable.
"Are you sure the Enchanted Marshlands are the only place for the cure?" Finn asked, his steps cautious on the uneven terrain. Eldon nodded, his eyes scanning the horizon. "The Marshlands are home to the rarest herbs and magical creatures. If there's a chance to reverse this spell, it's there." The sound of croaking frogs and rustling leaves accompanied them, adding to the eerie ambiance.
Eldon and Finn stumbled upon a clearing where a mystical pond shimmered under the moonlight. A figure emerged from the mist, a wise old turtle known as the Guardian of the Marsh. "Who seeks the secrets of the Marsh?" the turtle asked, his voice slow and resonant. "We need your help to turn the royal family back into humans," Finn explained, hope in his voice.
"The Silverleaf Bloom holds the key," the turtle intoned, his eyes wise and knowing. Eldon listened intently, his heart racing. "But beware, for it's guarded by the Marsh Serpent." Finn and Eldon exchanged determined glances, ready to face whatever challenges lay ahead.
Back at the castle, they worked quickly, brewing a potion that shimmered with magic. The ducks, still regal in their demeanor, waddled forward. With a flourish, Eldon completed the spell, and in a flash of light, the royal family stood restored, their eyes wide with amazement. "You did it, Eldon!" Finn cheered, clapping him on the back. "We did it," Eldon corrected, a smile of relief spreading across his face as the castle erupted in celebration.
