Noah Jutila could hardly believe it. He had been invited to the biggest event of the year—a private David Guetta concert at Gru's house. It was surreal enough that Gru, the notorious villain-turned-family-man, was hosting, but when Noah learned that Antonio Perez, Shrek, Margo, Edith, Agnes, and even Stacie Roberts were coming, he knew this night would be legendary.
"Noah! You made it!" Margo called, waving enthusiastically. As soon as Noah arrived, Agnes and Edith tackled him with excitement, dragging him toward the massive DJ setup. Before he could catch his breath, Stacie Roberts, the effortlessly cool and stylish friend of Barbie, ran up to him. "Noah, this is going to be amazing!" she said and, without warning, kissed him on the cheek. Noah immediately turned bright red and buried his face in his hands. "Uhhhhh," he mumbled incoherently. "Oh no, you broke him," Margo giggled. "Again?" Edith snickered.
Before Noah could recover, David Guetta took the stage. "Alright, everyone! This song is dedicated to a very wanted ogre in the crowd tonight—Shrek!" The crowd went wild as Guetta dropped a brand-new remix, titled Shrek’s Most Wanted, with lyrics about how Shrek robbed a bank, evaded police, and somehow became a legend in the criminal underworld. Shrek, wearing sunglasses and holding a swamp-colored slushie, gave a big thumbs-up. "Aye, what can I say? I needed the cash." "YOU'RE A FUGITIVE?!" Antonio yelled, nearly dropping his drink. "Yup," Shrek said, sipping his slushie.
Just when Noah thought things couldn’t get crazier, Stacie, Margo, and Agnes grabbed his hands and pulled him toward the dance floor. "Noah, come on! Dance with us!" Stacie grinned, kissing his cheek again. Noah, still blushing furiously, covered his face and mumbled, "I-I'm not emotionally prepared for this." But as David Guetta kept the beats going and Shrek evaded the authorities yet again, Noah realized something.
This was the weirdest, most amazing night of his life. The eccentric mix of characters, the wild music, and the unexpected moments all blended together into an unforgettable memory. In that moment, surrounded by friends and legends, Noah felt a sense of belonging and joy that he knew would stay with him forever.
