Inside the van, Scooby-Doo and his friends are on their way to the annual Booty Shakers dance competition. Fred drives with steady confidence, while Daphne and Velma discuss the latest mystery novel they've been reading. Shaggy is, as usual, munching on a sandwich, with Scooby-Doo eyeing it hungrily. "Like, I can't wait to see the dance moves, man!"

As they step out of the Mystery Machine, the gang is greeted by the vibrant energy of the event. The air is filled with music and laughter, and the smell of popcorn wafts from a nearby stand. Fred looks around, his eyes catching a glimpse of the stage where performers are warming up. "This is going to be an amazing night, guys!" he exclaims. Daphne, wearing a stylish outfit, nods in agreement. "I heard the Booty Shakers have a surprise performance planned," she adds with a wink.

Velma, ever the detective, notices a group of dancers huddled together, looking worried. She approaches them, her curiosity piqued. "Is everything okay?" she asks. One of the dancers, Lila, confesses, "There have been strange noises and sightings. Some say the theater is haunted!" Scooby-Doo gulps nervously, his ears drooping. "Ruh-roh!" he mumbles.

Shaggy and Scooby-Doo tiptoe through the prop room, the floor creaking beneath their feet. "Like, I have a bad feeling about this, Scoob," Shaggy whispers. Suddenly, a figure darts past them, leaving a chill in the air. Scooby-Doo leaps into Shaggy's arms, shaking. "Let's get outta here!" Shaggy yells as they make a hasty retreat.

Velma steps forward, holding a piece of torn fabric she found backstage. "I think I know who the ghost is," she announces. Fred nods, having pieced together the clues. "It's time for the big reveal," he says, leading the group to confront the mysterious figure. As the music starts, the ghostly figure is unmasked to reveal Jake, a rival dancer who wanted to sabotage the competition. "I just wanted to win for once," Jake admits, ashamed.

Scooby-Doo and the gang watch from the front row, relieved and happy. Daphne smiles, "We did it again, guys!" Shaggy nods, offering Scooby-Doo a celebratory snack. "Like, nothing beats solving a mystery and catching a great show," he laughs. With one last cheer, the gang heads back to the Mystery Machine, ready for their next adventure.
