Mia, a chubby teen girl with round cheeks and an irrepressible pout, lounged on the beanbag, arms crossed as she watched her uncle hurry about, stuffing suitcases and muttering under his breath. He paused at the door, keys in hand, and glanced back with a mix of hope and worry.
"So, Mia, remember: no parties, no experiments, and especially no touching my study," he called, eyebrows raised.
"Yeah, yeah, I got it," Mia replied, rolling her eyes as he finally left, the sound of the door clicking shut echoing like a challenge.
Unable to resist, Mia tiptoed inside, her curiosity burning brighter than her uncle’s warnings. She ran her fingers over the old spellbook, giggling at the dramatic calligraphy and strange diagrams. As she traced a particular symbol, the page shimmered, and a sudden warmth tickled her stomach.
"Weird... did I just do that?" she whispered, glancing down in surprise as her belly began to softly expand beneath her shirt.
Mia stared at her reflection, watching her stomach puff out, growing rounder with each passing second. Her cheeks flushed, both with embarrassment and a strange delight. She slipped into her favorite rainbow swimsuit, the fabric stretching and shimmering, and bounced experimentally on her bed, giggling as her belly jiggled.
"Okay, this is... actually kind of fun," she admitted, striking a pose and snapping a selfie in the mirror.
Feeling bold and buoyant, Mia waddled outside, her belly now so big it bounced with every step. She plunged into the pool, laughing at the way she floated like a colorful balloon. But with every splash, she felt herself growing even larger, until her legs could barely support her and she was forced to bounce and roll instead of walk.
"Oh no, this is getting out of hand," she fretted, though her eyes sparkled with mischief.
Desperate to hide, Mia squeezed behind a bush, but her enormous belly gave her away instantly. Her uncle stormed over, his expression a mix of shock and exasperation.
"Mia! What on earth happened?!"
"I... um... might have borrowed your book, but I swear it was an accident!" she protested, though she couldn’t suppress a sly grin.
Her uncle tried to reverse the spell, waving his hands and chanting, but instead, Mia only grew bigger, her rainbow swimsuit glowing brighter. She squealed with delight, rolling into the pool and bouncing across the water's surface.
"Stop, stop! I actually love this!" she called, her laughter ringing out as she floated like a magical, unstoppable balloon, utterly unrepentant and ready for whatever magical mischief came next.
