Cora, a robot girl with a glowing screen for a head and flowing lavender hair, sits cross-legged at her desk. Her fingers dart across the keyboard, searching for cute pictures to collect while her uncle is away for the week. The monitor on her face brightens with excitement as she finds a suspiciously adorable file. "Aww, this one looks so sweet! I bet Uncle would love it too."
Cora stares in shock, hands pressing against her belly, feeling both panic and a strange delight. She rushes to the mirror, her hair bouncing as she moves. "Oh no, what have I done? But… it’s kind of soft and squishy…" Her cheeks, displayed as pixelated blushes, flicker nervously.
Cora attempts to uninstall the mysterious program using her internal interface, but each time she deletes it, another copy appears on her system. Her belly bloats even more, rippling with every failed attempt. "This is getting out of control! Why won’t it just go away?" She paddles anxiously, trying to find calm in the water.
Cora grows increasingly flustered, yet a part of her enjoys the new softness. She tries new tactics—safe mode, restore points, even manual deletion—but none succeed. "Maybe Uncle will know how to fix this when he gets back… if he doesn’t freak out first." Her screen-face flickers with hope and worry.
Uncle Max[/@ch_2], a kindly older robot with a toolbox and a holographic tie, steps inside. He freezes, wide-eyed, at the sight of Cora’s enormous belly spilling over the edge of the couch.]
"Cora! What happened here?"
"I tried to download some cute pictures, but this .EXE made me… like this! I kind of like it, though."
"Let’s get you back to normal, before you can’t fit through the door!"
He tries to help uninstall the stubborn program, but with each attempt, his own system accidentally copies the .EXE, causing his belly to swell too.
"I don’t want to go back to normal! This is way more fun—and comfy!"
"You know what? Maybe there’s no harm in being a little different. Besides, you wear it well."
They collapse together on the lawn under the stars, their laughter echoing into the night, both a little bit rounder and a lot happier.
