Hatsune Miku enters, her signature turquoise twin-tails swaying as she eagerly scans the menu board, cheeks flushed with anticipation.
"Everything looks so good! Maybe I'll try something new tonight," she muses, fingers dancing over the digital ordering tablet.
Miku[/@ch_1] taps a little too enthusiastically, misreading the kanji and accidentally selecting extra-large portions and multiple side dishes. The cashier, a young woman with a friendly smile, rings up the massive order without question.]
She takes a seat by the window, watching the raindrops race down the glass, unaware of the mountain of food being prepared behind the counter.
"I can't wait! I hope it's as tasty as it sounds," she says, humming a cheerful tune.
Miku[/@ch_1], each bowl larger and more overflowing than the last. The table groans under the weight, noodles and toppings piled high, sides of gyoza and rice balls crowding every inch.]
Miku's eyes widen in disbelief as she counts the bowls, her initial excitement replaced by nervous laughter.
"Um... did I really order all of this? Oh no, what have I done?"
Miku[/@ch_1] steels herself, determined not to waste a single bite. She picks up her chopsticks, takes a deep breath, and digs in, the first mouthfuls warm and comforting.]
The sounds of slurping noodles and sizzling tempura fill the air as she bravely tackles dish after dish, cheeks puffing as she tries to keep pace.
"I can do this! For the love of ramen... and my pride!"
Miku[/@ch_1]'s pace slows, her face flushed and her hands resting atop her stretched stomach.]
She leans back with a groan, eyes half-lidded, but stubbornly reaches for the last piece of gyoza, determined to finish what she started.
"Just...one...more...bite..."
Miku[/@ch_1] collapses against the back of her chair, utterly overstuffed but triumphant. The staff gather, offering her a round of applause and a complimentary cup of sweet tea.]
Rain still falls softly outside, but inside, the warmth of accomplishment—and a very full belly—fills the air.
"Next time, I'll read the menu a little more carefully," she laughs, her voice drowsy but content.
