Toeaso and Tapu , live in the village of Falefa.
In the heart of the village, a group of Samoan children gather near the village malae, their laughter echoing through the air. Toeaso, a spirited two-year-old with wild curls and an infectious smile, watches as the older kids play rugby.
Tapu is Toeaso's baby brother. While Toeaso is playing with her village friends Tapu lays on a mat made of pandanus leaves doing his tummy time.
In the evenings the sound of a conch shell blowing means it is time to go home for prayer time.
Toeaso and Tapu end the day with a book to read before bed time.
