Lily, a cheerful girl with curly hair and bright eyes, grins as she carefully lines up slices of strawberries beside her toast.
Max, her younger brother with a blue T-shirt and a mop of brown hair, watches in fascination.
"Why do you always put so many colors on your plate, Lily?"
"Because eating lots of different fruits and veggies helps our bodies in so many ways! Want to find out how?"
Max leans closer, his eyes wide with wonder.
"Do these colors really help our bodies? How?"
"Yes! Each color does something special. Red helps your heart, orange is good for your eyes, and green makes you strong!"
"That’s like having superpowers in your food!"
A proud, red apple with a tiny cape floats down, bowing to the children.
"Meet Captain Apple! He keeps our hearts happy and strong," explains Lily.
A bright orange carrot in superhero goggles hops forward, winking.
"And that must be Doctor Carrot! He helps us see in the dark!"
"Blueberries help your brain think and remember," says Lily, picking one and popping it into her mouth.
"Broccoli is like a shield, keeping us safe from getting sick," adds Max, mimicking the broccoli's flexing pose.
"Eating lots of different colors means we get all these benefits together!"
"I want to be as strong as broccoli and as smart as blueberries!" exclaims Max.
"And have a happy heart like Captain Apple," replies Lily, giggling.
They clink their juice glasses together in a toast to their healthy adventure.
"When you eat healthy, your body feels good and you have more energy to play!" says Lily, handing out carrot sticks.
"And you don’t have to give up treats. Just add more colors to every meal!" adds Max, popping a grape into his mouth.
"Remember, every meal is a chance to be a Healthy Hero!"
"Let’s make our plates a rainbow every day!"
The children run off, ready for their next adventure, leaving a bright, rainbow-colored trail behind them.
