Sammy, a cheerful child with tousled hair and bright pajamas, stretches and yawns as the day begins. A poster on the wall shows a smiling tooth holding a toothbrush. The air is filled with the scent of fresh morning air drifting through the open window.
"Good morning, world! Time to start the day right," Sammy chirps, hopping out of bed and heading straight for the bathroom.
Sammy stands on a step stool, squeezing toothpaste onto a bright green toothbrush. "Brush up and down, side to side, make those germs run and hide!" Sammy sings, brushing carefully for two whole minutes, making sure every tooth gets clean.
Sammy pumps soap into his hands, humming the alphabet song while scrubbing fingers, palms, and wrists. "Washing my hands is easy and fun, now I’m ready for breakfast when I’m done!" he laughs, rinsing and drying his hands on a fluffy towel.
Sammy carefully places apple slices, whole grain toast, and a boiled egg on his plate. "Yummy! Eating healthy food gives me energy for school and play," he declares, taking a big bite of apple.
Maya, Sammy’s best friend, sits beside him, unwrapping a sandwich. "I saw you wash your hands before lunch, Sammy. My mom says that keeps us from getting sick!" "Yep! And I brushed my teeth, too. Want to join me tomorrow for a healthy breakfast?" "Let’s do it! We can make fruit faces on our plates," laughs Maya.
Sammy finishes brushing his teeth, humming a gentle tune. "When I take care of my body, I feel happy and strong. Good habits make every day great!" He grins at his reflection, proud of all he’s learned and ready for sweet dreams.
