Pan bounded into the room, her excitement palpable. "Dad, Jason and I are planning to go to the cinema! Can I take him flying?" Son Gohan glanced up, a knowing smile on his face. "Just be careful, Pan. Remember, safety first."
Jason was waiting outside, grinning widely as Pan landed lightly beside him. "Ready for a lift?" she asked, her eyes twinkling. He nodded eagerly, wrapping his arms around her as they took off towards the theater.
Inside, Pan and Jason settled into their seats, the screen flickering to life with the tale of a warrior and his alien mentor. Pan watched, her thoughts drifting to her grandfather, Son Goku, and the similarities in their stories.
Jason turned to Pan, his face animated. "That was amazing! It reminds me of your grandpa's stories," he said. Pan nodded, a fond smile on her lips. "Yeah, it does!"
Pan and Jason tucked into their meals, laughter and conversation flowing easily between them. Watching Pan devour her food, Jason chuckled. "You're just like your grandpa, always hungry!" Pan grinned, unbothered by the comparison.
Pan asked, "Want to hang out again tomorrow?" Before Jason could respond, a soldier appeared, a menacing look on his face. The soldier barked, "Why are you with a Sayajin?" Pan, unfazed, dispatched him swiftly before he could pose a threat.
Jason smiled, gratitude in his eyes. "Thanks, Pan. I couldn't ask for a better friend." Pan smiled back, knowing their adventures were just beginning.
