Tom Kent paced the room, hands trembling as he glanced at his son, Gary Kent, who sat hunched on the couch, clutching a faded pillow.
"Dad, do you think Pastor Allan can help us? I’m scared about what Yvonne might do next,"
"He’s the only one who believes us, Gary. We have to trust he’ll come," replied Tom, voice thick with concern.
Tom steps protectively in front of Gary, shoulders squared.
Pastor Allan suddenly appears behind Yvonne, his usually calm demeanor replaced by urgent resolve.
"Yvonne, this has gone far enough! Let’s step outside and talk,"
Yvonne whirls, swinging her handbag with surprising force—striking Pastor Allan and sending him sprawling.
"Dad, do you think she’ll come back? I wish things were normal again,"
"Me too, son. But whatever happens, we’ll face it together,"
A sudden rumble shakes the floor. The walls tremble, and an unnatural chill seeps through the cracks. The monster has arrived.
Tom[/@ch_1] and Gary scramble for cover.]
Pastor Allan, dazed but determined, bursts back into the room. Without hesitation, he tears off his robe, revealing nothing but tight black briefs, and roars with primal energy as his body morphs—fur sprouts, muscles bulge, and he transforms into a massive black bear.
"Stay behind me!" he bellows, swiping his colossal paw at the monster.
Tom[/@ch_1] and Gary, gripped by a surge of ancient power, feel their own bodies shifting, scales rippling across their skin as wings unfurl. They become a two-headed dragon, towering and fierce.]
"Gary, together!"
"We can do this, Dad!"
With a thunderous roar, they face the monster, recognizing, in its twisted features, the face of Yvonne. Their combined fire scorches the shadows, and with one mighty strike, they bring her down.
Tom[/@ch_1], Gary, and Pastor Allan return to their human forms, clad only in their underwear, surrounded by the remnants of battle. The tension lifts, replaced by a burst of unexpected laughter.]
"Dad, we look ridiculous," Gary giggles, tugging at his waistband.
"I guess saving the world doesn’t come with a dress code,"
"Next time, I’m wearing more than briefs," Pastor Allan says, grinning.
Together, they collapse onto the floor, laughter echoing through the night, grateful for second chances—and each other.
