Austin grinned as he reached for the nearest tomato, his hands brushing the cool, smooth skin of the oversized fruit. "Look at this one, Mom! It's as big as my head!" he exclaimed, holding it up triumphantly.
Sarah, Austin's best friend, ducked behind a bush, her cheeks flushed with excitement. "You're going to need more than that to catch me, Austin!" she teased, launching a tomato in his direction.
Austin's Mom, "Alright, everyone, let's get cleaned up and see what tomatoes we can still use," she called, gathering the group together for a quick cleanup.
Austin watched his mom expertly chop onions and garlic, "I love how you make it smell so good in here, Mom," he said, inhaling deeply.
"Dig in, everyone! There's plenty for all," Austin's mom encouraged, her eyes twinkling with joy as she watched the children enjoy the meal.
Sarah[/@ch_2_d], "This was the best tomato fight ever," she sighed contentedly, leaning back in her chair. [@ch_1]Austin nodded in agreement, "And the best spaghetti dinner, too," he added with a smile.
