Devaki and Vasudeva sat huddled together, their eyes filled with a mix of fear and hope. They awaited the birth of their divine child, aware of the prophecy that loomed over them.
"Do you feel that, Vasudeva? It's as if the universe itself is speaking to us," whispered Devaki, clutching her husband's hand tightly.
"He is here, our savior," said Vasudeva, filled with awe as he cradled the newborn in his arms.
"The gods are with us. We must take him to safety," urged Devaki, her voice a blend of urgency and faith.
"Keep him safe, oh divine river," he prayed fervently as he crossed the river, the water closing seamlessly behind them.
"Our son will be safe here, Devaki. He will return to us, fulfilling his destiny," promised Vasudeva as he returned to the prison, filled with hope for the future.
