Daisy sat on the worn-out couch, her eyes glistening with unshed tears. She clutched a small, framed photo of Elvis, her heart heavy with sorrow. "I can't believe he's gone," she whispered to the empty room.
Gabriel approached Daisy, his expression soft and understanding. "Why the long face, dear friend?"
"Elvis Presley passed away in 1977," Daisy explained, her voice breaking slightly. "Ah, I see. He was a legend," Gabriel acknowledged. "But perhaps we can celebrate his legacy instead of mourning his loss."
"Let's throw a big disco party in his honor," Gabriel suggested with a twinkle in his eye. Daisy's face lit up with a newfound excitement. "A disco party? That sounds amazing!"
Daisy and Gabriel began to move to the rhythm, their laughter and joy infectious. "This is exactly what I needed," Daisy exclaimed as they twirled around the room. "Elvis would have loved this," Gabriel nodded, his smile wide and genuine.
Daisy felt her sadness lift, replaced by a sense of peace and happiness. "Thank you, Gabriel," she said, gratitude filling her voice. "Anytime, my friend. Let's keep dancing," Gabriel replied, taking her hand as they continued to celebrate the king of rock 'n' roll.
