Pebbles the Sea Turtle slowly opened his large, gentle eyes as the day began. His shell shimmered beneath the water, glinting gold and jade in the early morning light. He stretched his flippers, ready for the annual journey across the sea to return home. But something felt different—he couldn't quite remember which way to go.
Tama glided through the water, searching for the gentle current he had followed every year. Yet, as he swam, the ocean seemed unfamiliar; the coral reefs he'd known since he was a hatchling were nowhere to be seen. "Where am I? Have I taken a wrong turn?" he wondered, his heart fluttering with worry.
Splash the Dolphin, with smooth gray skin and twinkling eyes, noticed Tama's confusion. She circled him, clicking and chirping in concern. "You look lost, friend. Where are you headed?" "I'm trying to find my way home, but the currents changed, and nothing looks familiar," Tama admitted, his voice tinged with sadness.
Lina led Tama through the kelp, suggesting they ask the wise old octopus who dwelled in a cave below. As they ventured deeper, the water cooled and darkened, creating an almost magical hush. "Old Mako knows every current and reef. He'll help you find your way," she assured him.

"Ah, young turtle, sometimes the sea changes, and so must we," Mako mused, studying Tama with a thoughtful gaze. "Trust your instincts and the stars above. When the heart feels lost, look up, and let the night guide you." Tama thanked Mako, feeling a new hope flutter within him.
With Lina by his side, Tama swam beneath the stars, reading their ancient patterns for guidance. The ocean felt less daunting now, and each stroke brought him closer to the memories of home. He realized that sometimes, getting lost was part of discovering new friends and learning to trust himself.

Tama crawled onto the sand, his heart swelling with relief and gratitude. The journey had changed him, but he was home at last, wiser and braver than before. "Thank you, Lina. Thank you, Mako. I will never forget your kindness," he whispered, watching the sunrise shimmer over the waves.
