Lia, a bright-eyed girl with a fascination for butterflies, sat quietly at her desk, her fingers tracing the vibrant wings in her sketchbook.
Téo, her lively classmate, noticed her drawings and approached with curiosity.
"Wow, these butterflies are amazing, Lia! How do you draw them so well?"
Lia led Téo to a secret garden she had discovered, where the air was filled with the gentle flutter of butterfly wings.
"This is my special place," Lia whispered, her eyes sparkling with joy.
"It's like a dream! I never knew this was here," Téo exclaimed.
Some classmates watched Lia and Téo from afar, whispering and pointing.
A classmate named Mia, with a curious yet cautious demeanor, approached them.
"Why do you always stay in the garden, Lia? It's a bit strange," Mia questioned.
"It's not strange. It's beautiful! You should see it," Téo defended.
Mia hesitantly joined Lia and Téo in the garden, watching the butterflies dance around them.
"The butterflies remind me of how different we all are, yet we're all beautiful in our own ways," Lia explained softly.
"I didn't see it that way before," Mia admitted, her perspective shifting.
Téo and Lia shared stories of resilience, how Lia overcame the whispers and Téo learned to stand by her.
"We all have our own gardens, places where we feel safe. It's important to protect them," Téo said.
"And to let others in, when they're ready," Lia added with a smile.
The children returned to the schoolyard, their hearts filled with new understanding and friendship.
"Thank you for sharing your garden, Lia. I see it differently now," Mia said, her voice sincere.
"We're all like butterflies, flying in our own way," Lia replied, knowing the garden had worked its magic once again.
