Yuna, a slender girl barely twenty, stands at the center, her hands clenched and eyes burning with resolve. Around her, two companions—Kaito, a stoic swordsman, and Mika, a nimble rogue—exchange nervous glances. The air is thick with anticipation, sweat glistening on their brows as a distant rumble shakes the chamber.
"We don't know what we're facing," she declares, voice trembling yet strong. "But we fight together, no matter what."
Stepping out from the shadows, the trio confronts the enemy—a colossal, armored beast unlike anything they've seen. Its eyes gleam with malice, claws scraping deep furrows in the stone. Lightning crackles overhead, illuminating the creature's grotesque form as it roars, shaking the very ground.
"Stay behind me, Yuna! We can't let it divide us!" Yuna nods, her heart pounding, as the beast lunges forward.
Kaito swings his blade, sparks flying as it clashes with the enemy's armor. Yuna is thrown aside, her body colliding painfully with shattered stone. She gasps, struggling to rise as the beast turns on Mika, its massive claw pinning her to the ground.
"Yuna—help! I can't move!" Desperation fuels Yuna, her trembling fingers closing around a fallen spear.
Blood trickles down Yuna's face as she stands, battered but unbroken. She recalls her mentor's words, feeling a surge of power awakening within her. The beast, sensing her change, hesitates for a moment. Yuna lifts the spear, her grip firm, determination sharpening her features.
"I won't let you hurt my friends ever again!" she shouts, voice echoing through the night.
With a burst of speed, Yuna charges, spear aimed true. She leaps, dodging the beast’s talons, and drives the weapon deep into its chest. The creature howls, thrashing violently, but Kaito and Mika rally, striking in tandem.
"Finish it, Yuna! Now!" Yuna's scream blends with the beast's final cry, her body pushed to the limits.
Exhausted, bruised, and changed, Yuna kneels amidst the wreckage. Kaito and Mika gather at her side, their faces streaked with tears and relief. They grip each other’s hands, sharing a silent promise to face whatever comes next.
"We survived. And we'll keep getting stronger—together."
