Spider moves with unnatural silence, weaving invisible threads between chimneys and balconies. Its legs stretch and curl with patient purpose, setting a nearly invisible snare where even a hero’s eye could overlook. Below, Ladybug bounds from rooftop to rooftop, her yo-yo glinting as she scans the city.
Ladybug gasps, her arms and legs instantly pulled taut against the sticky, unyielding threads. Spider remains unseen, watching from above as Ladybug squirms and twists, her breath quickening in panic. "No, not now! I have to get free—" she whispers, but the web only tightens, shimmering with the struggle.
Spider begins to wrap Ladybug in silky strands, layer upon layer, each movement slow and deliberate. The cocoon forms around her torso and limbs, restricting every desperate motion. Ladybug's eyes widen with fear as the silk tightens, muffling her cries and hope alike.
Ladybug thrashes, her hands searching for the yo-yo, but the silk binds even her cleverest tricks. "Someone—help! I won’t give up!" she shouts, though the sound barely escapes the cocoon. Spider looms closer, its fangs glistening as it prepares for the final act.
Spider's fangs pierce the silk and flesh at Ladybug’s chest. There’s a slow, dreadful pause as venom is injected, and Ladybug gasps, her eyes glassy with pain and realization. The Spider begins to feed, methodically and efficiently, as Ladybug’s struggles fade to trembling silence.
Spider retracts, its massive body sated. A deep, guttural burp echoes in the alley, a grotesque mark of triumph. Ladybug's body still hangs in the web, limp and lifeless, a fallen hero in the silent city night.
