Sophia rolled out her yoga mat, the vibrant purple contrasting with the earthy tones of the room. Her toddler, Emma, watched with wide, curious eyes, clutching a small, brightly colored toy in her tiny hands.
"Ready to join Mommy for some yoga, Emma?" Sophia asked, her voice gentle and encouraging.
Emma giggled, her excitement palpable as she toddled over to her own miniature mat, a gift from her grandmother.
Sophia began her practice with a series of sun salutations, her movements fluid and graceful. Beside her, Emma tried to mimic her mother's poses, her small body wobbling with determination.
"Reach up high, Emma, like you're touching the sky," Sophia encouraged, watching as Emma stretched her arms upward, a look of concentration on her face.
Sophia guided Emma through basic poses, her heart swelling with pride at each small accomplishment. Emma giggled as she attempted a downward dog, her tiny bottom sticking up in the air.
"You're doing so well, my little yogi!" Sophia praised, her eyes sparkling with joy.
As they continued, the youngest member of the family, baby Oliver, crawled onto the mat, his chubby cheeks rosy and his eyes bright with curiosity.
"Look who's decided to join us," Sophia said, smiling tenderly at Oliver.
Emma clapped her hands in delight, watching her baby brother with fascination.
Sophia lay on her back, demonstrating the happy baby pose. Emma followed suit, her giggles infectious as she grabbed her feet, mimicking her mother.
"Let's do it together," Sophia whispered, reaching over to tickle Oliver's belly, prompting a burst of laughter from the baby.
As they lay on the mat, Sophia felt an overwhelming sense of gratitude wash over her. Her heart was full, surrounded by the laughter and love of her children. "This is my favorite kind of yoga," Sophia sighed contentedly, pulling Emma and Oliver close.
