The Technician stood at the base of a giant ladder, eyeing the spot on the wall where the new sensor needed to be installed. "Great, the sensor needs to be installed on that wall… And of course, I have to climb this giant ladder in the middle of a narrow hallway." Frustration etched on his face as he fumbled with his phone, trying to watch the instructional videos. "With these gloves, using the touchscreen is impossible... I hope I remember everything."
The Technician fiddled with the sensor's buttons. "Ok, set it to Celsius and not Fahrenheit… But wait, I entered the wrong value… Where is the error message?" The silence from the system was deafening. The Coach, observing from the sidelines, shook his head. "Without a warning, how do I know I didn't make a mistake?"
The Technician muttered to himself while rummaging through boxes. "Now, to calibrate. I need the HM70 meter… But where is the connection cable?!?" Realization dawned as he discovered the kit's omission. "Great, I'll have to order one and wait. Why don't you just include this cable?!"
The Technician tapped furiously at the keyboard. "Finally, calibrating via PC… Wait, ERROR ERR123? What the hell does that mean?!" He flipped through the manual, frustration mounting. "If there was a chat-bot or direct support, I would have solved this already!"
The Technician let out a sigh of relief, adjusting the trimmers with ease. "At least adjusting the trimmers is easy… Finally something that doesn't complicate my life!" He allowed a small smile to form, grateful for this minor victory.
The Technician shook his head. "Ok, sensor replaced... But wait, what about the calibration? I'm having the same problem again as before!" He scowled, feeling his patience slip away. "None of this has been resolved... What a waste of time!"
The Supervisor stood at the front, "We will implement an indicator on the screen to show if the calibration was done and add technical support in the software." The Coach nodded in agreement. "Finally, someone who understands what we go through on the field!" The Technician felt a wave of relief wash over him, hopeful that future tasks would be smoother.
